Acceptance
By registering interest in or using Seely, operated by Seely Social Ltd. ("Seely", "we"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Seely.
The service
Seely matches people based on how they express themselves — a wave, a preference, a shared interest — rather than photos or a profile to swipe through. Seely is currently in early access: it may change, break, or be unavailable at times, and features described on this site may not yet be complete.
Your conduct
You may not use Seely to send or share content involving hate speech, terrorism, drug trafficking, or child sexual abuse material. We check waves and messages against EU law before they reach anyone and block content that plausibly falls into these categories. Beyond that, we don't police what you feel, what you say, or how you say it.
Your account
Seely is pseudonymous to other users by design — you choose what to share. You're responsible for what you post and for keeping your account secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
No warranty
Seely is provided "as is", especially during early access. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll post the updated date at the top of this page.
